Our internal blogs have on average of unique visitors daily! This way everyone on our team knows our capabilities, our processes, and has a basic understanding of our standards allowing knowledgeable and accurate communication between our employees and clients. We populate Quick Tips through our documents allowing them to be easily pulled out and used externally of our documents. The key in all of this is having visible management support in the process ensuring employees that the time commitment is backed by the company.
