1. Final Exam - Questions
A critical look at the design experience (300 words): Imagine you had a chance to start the design project over, knowing what you know now. What would you change in the design process, if you had the same amount of time and resources? What would you leave the same? If you had additional resources, where would you allocate them?
A critical look at learning across the course (500 words): Identify two of the learning objectives associated with this course, and discuss what you have learned relative to each.
Looking ahead (300 words): If you were going to follow up the course by exploring a topic related to user-centered design, what would it be?

2. Final Exam - Grading
This exam will be graded holistically, using the grading rubric identified in the syllabus (the conceptual ideas included, the execution of these ideas, and the quality of the communication). A superior submission will be one that shows a strong understanding of user-centered design (i.e., conceptual ideas) and effectively connects this understanding to concrete examples (i.e., the execution).

3. Deliverable 2 – Required Elements
Product statement: This version of the product statement should match the scope of the solution you present in the remainder of the deliverable.
Motivation for this redesign direction: You should explain the motivation for the redesign effort – what problem is being addressed, what opportunity loss, what benefits will arise from the redesign, etc. (~300 words/1 slide)
Solution and justification: The core of your submission will be a presentation of the solution that clearly identifies the features of the solution and their justification. Annotated representations are one effective means of presenting and justifying a design solution. (1-3 pages/1-3 slides)
Evaluation strategies and results: In this section, you should recap your evaluation efforts, the results of these efforts, and how the results informed the proposed design. This information should add credibility to your proposed solution. (~300 words/1 slide)
