HSE Activities Document Review The Safety Cards and Small risk assessment training tools have been reviewed. These will both be rolled out mid to late January 2016 Site Clothing If anyone requires anything, please advise Sandra A REMINDER to check your Hard Hat. Is it still in date? First Aid Kits Had your first aid kit been audited lately? Don’t forget if you have accessed the first aid kit, take the time to think - ‘Am I using this due to a near miss or incident?’. HSE Activities Monthly Office Inspections Has your office completed it’s month SAFETY Inspection? No? How about we do one now? Annual Fire Drill Has your office completed it’s annual fire drill? Don’t forget to up-date the details in the ASPEC Fire Drill Register First Aid First Aid Certificate for First Aid Officers have now all been completed in Brisbane & Newcastle. Fire Extinguisher Inspections Has your office completed this recently? Would it be more than 6 months ago? Must be completed every 6months and the ASPEC Inspection Register updated. Quality Activities Aspec currently has 29 PCA’s Open Sample PCAs Open Hierarchy of Control Training Tool – short 5min training tool to be used to ensure team members can use and understand the risk assessment tool – ready for delivery PCA Close off Process – is it strong enough? Client Feedback Form to Clients – include the link to formstack within s to Clients when document control are issuing final documents/drawings Project Leader Manual & Training – comprising of procedures and guidelines for leaders. Training tool being extended onto this. Manual complete, training tool under development Sub-Consultant Approval process – is this strong enough within formstack? Group Leader Training – old tool being reviewed and made current Take5 App – convert current assessment tool into a non-paper, easy accessible on site and automatically available for audit. Safety & QA Card – quick reference card for team members to have on hand – ready for delivery Upgrade RTIO FEA Models – to ensure competitive Go-No-Go Checklist Document control of External Product to Aspec Clients – guidelines for Clients to us when requesting Aspec to issue on their behalf.
