6. Meetings Meetings will be either one to one or in a group.
One to one meetings usually follow on from an observation and should be recorded on your profile.
Group meetings (known as Share and Share Alike) often take place in a school to allow you to become familiar with a number of Falkirk’s schools and should also be logged onto your profile.

7. CPD Your local authority CPD sessions have been planned for the year
Primary – Tues or Thurs
Secondary – Tues or Wed
School CPD will be planned by each individual school
Personal CPD should be logged on your GTCS profile and CPD Manager
You are also entitled to 2 hours NCCT time per week – please be flexible in your approach to change.
