4 What are my expectations?
Risk is managed at least as well Integration – with youth offending, with drugs services, across pathways, with wider police and crime strategy IOM feels a good model, needs to be further evolved Evidence-based and innovative

5 And my expectations for the process...
Vision and compelling leadership Morale - winning ‘hearts and minds’ Some engagement with the public Risks are well managed during transition period Appreciation and a nurturing of all that is good with what we currently have Some real change! PCCs to be involved in ways that add value
