Title Page Below are some simple instructions on how to use this template: 1. You can change the text in the graphical screen above or in the outline area to the left. 2. There is one default background that is indicated by “ ” .This slide acts as a space or a blank screen, use to clear or blank the screen. If you have a large graphic such as a map you could also use this screen. If you insert a new slide you will get this default background. 3. The first five slides have the other backgrounds for the set. To use more than one of these background types in your presentation highlight the one you wish to use and choose copy from the edit menu. Paste this slide where you want it to appear in your presentation, then change the text on this new slide. By copy/pasting the slide in this manor you will keep the background, text formatting and the customized animation from that slide. By using the copy/paste method you find it saves you time and keeps a consistent look through out your presentation. 4.There are a few additional notes written in the slide text wording that may be helpful. Note: We are working on a website that in the future will provide help topics on using sermon outlines in PowerPoint as well as provide sermon templates similar to this one. Check for more information. Pastor/Teacher - Jim Rickard Thursday, March 4, 2010

J. Evidence Testing
8
2. The pattern of evidence testing is found in Job 1:6‑12, 2:1‑7; and Zech 3:1‑2.
9
Rev 12:10b, “…for the accuser of our brethren has been thrown down, he who accuses them before our God day and night.”
10
Eph 6:10-12, tells us where Evidence Testing emanates from.
11
3. Evidence Testing can be on an individual basis (Jesus, Job, Joshua the Priest) or group basis, (Rev 2:8-11).
12
4. A believer or group does not qualify as a witness for ET until they have attained Spiritual Maturity, having passed both PPS and MT.
13
5. Every believer who attains Spiritual Maturity is a witness for the prosecution in one of the phases of Satan’s Appeal Trial.
14
6. ET is Satan's attempt, through his cross-examination of suffering, to discredit those believers who attain SM.
15
7. It appears that Satan always administers ET, but under restrictions imposed by God before the ET begins. Job 1:12; 2:6
16
8. Two categories of ET. a. The relationship to the Plan of God test, is illustrated by our Lord Jesus Christ. Mat 4:1‑11
17
8. Two categories of ET. b. The relationship to life test, is illustrated by Job.
18
9. Apparently, the SM believer does not take both tests, and which one he receives is a matter of the sovereignty of God.
19
10. Relationship with God test was three temptations to our Lord’s humanity only; as God He cannot be tempted.
20
a. Relationship with the Holy Spirit, Mat 4:1‑4.
