An Example
A student by the name of Liam Stacey tweeted about Fabrice
Muamba the Bolton Wanderers footballer who suffered a heart
attack whilst on the football pitch.
"LOL. F*** Muamba. He's dead!!!"
Liam Stacey then went on to send a number of other offensive
posts aimed at other twitter users who challenged him.
After Liam Stacey was arrested and interviewed he was released
on bail with conditions not to use any social networking sites.
When Liam Stacey was found guilty at court he was sentenced to
56 days in prison.
