3. Block level agency will be registered and approved by District level.
Registration Process
Register from Home page of PFMS portal & approved by Approver level-2. The Agency Admin can add new scheme.
Agency Admin will register District level agency. Agency Admin can add new scheme .
District Level
State Level
Block Level
Village Level
Village Level will be registered and approved by Block level agency.
Block level agency will be registered and approved by District level.

4. Registration Process / Hierarchy Level

5. State Level Agency will be registered from Home Page of www. pfms. nic
State Level Agency will be registered from Home Page of – Click on- Register Agency

6. Read all instructions carefully & Click – Continue

7. Enter required fields and click on - Next

8. Select scheme name, funding agency & enter bank details and click on Add Bank/Scheme.

9. Tick on Accept Terms and condition - Submit

10. A Message will be appear on the screen i.e. “Agency saved successfully. For further information contact the fund sanctioning authority in the Ministry”.

11. Approval of State Level Agency
A message “Agency saved successfully. For further information contact the fund sanctioning authority in the Ministry”.
Agency has to request Agency Approval level-2 for approval of the created agency.
Agency Approval level-2 will approve the agency.
After approval login ID and password will be sent to registered .

12. Child Agency Registration Process
State level agency will be login on PFMS portal.
Go to Agency > Register New Agency.
Select Scheme, hierarchy level (i.e. District, Block, Panchayat etc) in which agency is to be register.
Fill all the required fields.
Select the Funding agency & fill Bank account details.
The Agency will be approved by State Agency.

13. Steps for Registration of Child Agency: Go to Agencies->Agency Registration, Select Scheme & Hierarchy level (i.e. District, Block or Gram Panchayats etc)

14. 1 - Fill all the required information & click Save & Continue

15. 2 – A unique code of the agency created will appear
2 – A unique code of the agency created will appear. Pls note down the unique code.

16. 3- Select Scheme, institution type, Implementation level, fill address, contact details & , Select funding agency and click Save & Continue.

17. 4- Fill bank details, add components, create user name & password and click Submit .

18. 5- A message will be appear i. e

19. Steps for Approval: Parent Agency will approve
Steps for Approval: Parent Agency will approve. Go to Agencies-> Approve.

20. Select Pending Agency Approval from Agency status or search by unique code, click on agency name i.e. red color hyperlink.

21. Agency details will open
Agency details will open. Check scheme and fill remarks & click on Approve.

22. Steps for Update or Edit: Go to Agency- click on manage other agency

23. Agency detail will open. Click on Edit

24. Fill the details , remarks & click on the Update.

25. The message will be appear i. e
The message will be appear i.e. “Edit request generated successfully and sent to Agency (Agency Name) for approval.”

26. Steps for Approval: Go to agency-> approve & Select Agency edit request approval (agency user) or Unique code .

27. Click on agency name appearing in red colour. Agency detail will open.

28. Two option will be shown here- New and Existing select New and click Approve

29. Steps for Registration of Schemes
There are two option to add or map schemes.
Parent Agency can directly add the scheme to their child agency.
Go to Agencies->Manage Other Agencies, click agency name (i.e. red color hyper link) & click Add New Scheme.
Child agency can directly add the scheme.
Go to Scheme->Register New Scheme
Approval will be done by parent agency or funding agency.

30. (1) Parent Level Login: Steps for Registration of schemes: Go to Agencies->Manage Other agencies & Click on agency name appearing in red colour.

31. Agency detail will open & click on Add New Scheme

32. Fill all the details, select the funding agency, click on Save & Continue.

33. Now add Bank details and click on Submit.

34. (2)Child Agency Login: For the Registration of schemes Go to My Schemes-> Register New Scheme

35. Select the scheme, funding agency, bank details , mapping of components and click on Save.

36. Approval of Registered Schemes on both cases: Parent agency will be approve the schemes. Go to Agencies-> Approve

37. Agency will be open & Click on agency name appearing in red colour.

38. Check the scheme, fill the remarks and Approve the agency.
