Information 0 This is an Olimpic Sport. 0 You need to be a very flexible person to practice it. 0 Those who train this sport are usually the young ones.

Basic Rules 0 Is a sport for individuals or teams of 5. 0 Coaches can not communicate with the gymnast. 0 Each performance must end with the apparatus touching some part of the body. 0 There is a time limit of 75–90 seconds for each performance.

Who can practice it?Where can it be practiced? 0U0U sually, women practice it but men practice it too. 0I0I t is practiced indoors but it can be practiced outdoors too.
