DEFINITION OF PHYSICAL DISABILITY
A PHYSICAL DISABILITY IS A LIMITATION ON A PERSON'S PHYSICAL FUNCTIONING,MOBILITY, DEXTERITY OR STAMINA Ammara

A CONGENITAL DISORDER IS A MEDICAL CONDITION THAT IS PRESENT AT OR BEFORE BIRTH. THESE CONDITIONS, ALSO REFERRED TO AS BIRTH DEFECTS, CAN BE ACQUIRED DURING THE FETAL STAGE OF DEVELOPMENT OR FROM THE GENETIC MAKEUP OF PARENTS ACQUIRED DISABILITY IS A DISABILITY THAT HAS DEVELOPED DURING THE PERSON’S LIFETIME-THAT IS AS A RESULT OF AN ACCIDENT OR ILLNESS RATHER THAN A DISABILITY THE PERSON WAS BORN WITH Aqsa

JOBS DISCRIMINATION AND INTOLERANCE STRUGGLES OF BEING DISABLED ARTICLE
9
PURPOSE OF THE EXPERIMENT
THE PURPOSE OF THE EXPERIMENT WAS TO FIND OUT HOW THE PHYSICALLY DISABLED PEOPLE FEEL AND ALSO TO FIND OUT THE SPECIAL NEEDS OF THE PHYSICALLY DISABLED .WE CAN ALSO FIND OUT WHAT THINGS THE SCHOOL SHOULD IMPLEMENT
10
HOW IT FEELS TO BE PHYSICALLY DISABLED
HOW DID PHYSICAL DISABILITY INTERFERE WITH MY ABILITIES AND ACTIVITIES IT WAS HARD TO MOVE AROUND AND TO GET TO THE GARDEN BECAUSE IN SOME PLACES THERE WERE STEPS AND NO RAMPS WHAT WAS THE MOST BOTHERSOME ABOUT BEING PHYSICALLY DISABLED NOT BEING ABLE TO USE MY LEGS TO WALK,NEEDING HELP FROM OTHERS CONSTANTLY WHAT THINGS DID I HAVE TO DO TO OVERCOME THE DIFFICULTIES I EXPERIENCED WITH BEING PHYSICALLY DISABLED I NEEDED RAMPS AND HELP FROM OTHERS I ALSO NEEDED TO USE THE LIFT NOW THAT I HAVE HAD SOME EXPERIENCE WITH PHYSICAL DISABILITY 3 THINGS I COULD DO OUT OF CONSIDERATION TO SOMEONE WITH THIS DISABILITY OR TO SHOW THEM THAT I EMPHASIZE WITH DAILY PROBLEMS THEY ENCOUNTER I COULD HOLD THE LIFT AND OPEN DOORS FOR THEM I COULD HELP THEM GET IN A BUS I COULD HELP THEM GET IN A DISABLED WASHROOM
11
SPECIAL NEEDS OF PHYSICALLY DISABLED
A PHYSICALLY DISABLED WASHROOM THERE ARE AMENITIES WHICH ARE NEEDED FOR THE PHYSICALLY DISABLED LIKE AN IRON ROD TO HOLD WHILE TRANSFERRING TO THE TOILET LIFTS WE NEED LIFTS BECAUSE THE WHEELCHAIR CANNOT GO DOWN STAIRS RAMPS WE NEED RAMPS TO DRIVE THE WHEELCHAIR OVER THE STAIRS IN CASE THERE IS NO LIFT EG: IN BUSES
12
SUGGESTIONS TO THE SCHOOL
I WOULD SUGGEST THE SCHOOL TO KEEP BOTH OF THE DOORS IN THE CORRIDORS AND OTHER PLACES OPEN I WOULD ALSO SUGGEST THE SCHOOL TO KEEP THE DISABLED WASHROOM OPEN THE SCHOOL SHOULD ALSO KEEP THE RAMPS ON THE GROUND FLOOR AND ALSO KEEP SOME ASSISTANTS TO HELP PEOPLE WITH THE DISABILITIES IF THE SCHOOL HAS MONEY TO SPEND THEY SHOULD ALSO IMPLEMENT AUTOMATIC DOORS IF THEY CAN
13
T/F STATEMENTS AND QUESTIONS
DOES DMS (HW) HAVE ANY ACCESSIBLE TOILET FOR PHYSICALLY DISABLED STUDENTS? iS ACCESSIBLE TOILET IN OUR SCHOOL ALWAYS AVAILABLE FOR STUDENTS TO USE? QUESTION 2: WHICH PARTY SHOULD WE TURN TO IF WE NEED TO BORROW A WHEELCHAIR? A. DC ROOM B. JANITOR ROOM C. GENERAL OFFICE D. A.DC ROOM B.JANITOR ROOM C.GENERAL OFFICE D.PRINCIPAL’S OFFICE
14
ANALYSIS OF T/F STATEMENTS
15
EXPLANATION OF GRAPH 1 THE GRAPH SHOWS THAT 90% STUDENTS KNOW THAT THERE IS A DISABLED TOILET , AND IN THE SECOND BAR IT SHOWS THAT ONLY 30% OF THE STUDENTS DID NOT KNOW THAT THE DISABLED TOILET WASN’T ALWAYS OPEN , SO ACCORDING TO ME THE JUNIOR STUDENTS DO KNOW ABOUT THE DISABLED FACILITIES IN OUR SCHOOL.
16
ANALYSIS OF QUESTIONS
17
EXPLANATION OF GRAPH 2 FIRSTLY IN QUESTION 1 80% OF THE STUDENTS GOT IT RIGHT SINCE THEY KNEW ABOUT THE DISABLED TOILET . NEXT IN QUESTION 2 AGAIN 80% OF STUDENTS GOT IT RIGHT THEY ALSO KNEW ABOUT THE WHEELCHAIR.ALTHOUGH IN QUESTION 3 ONLY 60% GOT IT RIGHT. THE MOST POPULAR ANSWER WAS THE DC ROOM SINCE THE DC ROOM WAS THE SAME PLACE WE BORROWED THE WHEELCHAIR FROM SO IT SEEMED LOGICAL TO THEM.
