12 My Values a marriage of service experience with developmental change Lasting change happens through developing people and their relationships, enabling individuals to apply their skills and knowledge to best effect – including supporting and challenging individuals in teams to become true leaders. I believe in the possibility of finding real change in all circumstances I can support, channel and challenge your leadership to ensure that it leads to results and action.
