This 2-days session within the overall Tempus project…
Within 6 to 8 months, 3 technical modules main lines define Based on professional (« real-life » job) expectations A transversal e-learning tool on « engineering for training » Idea = build progressively the 3 modules along with the e-learning tool: Provide « step by step » inputs on this « engineering for training » approach Step 1 = this session : Global overview of this approach Launch first phase = surveys to identify job market expectations (expected skills)

Objectives of this 2-days training session
At the end of this first session, participants will be able to define globally what is « training engineering » mention the main steps in designing vocational (professional qualification) training programs explain the objectives and the expected results of the surveys to be implemented in the frame of the design of the 3 training modules identify the stakeholders to be included in the survey samples draft the methodology for the surveys implementation write, after the training session, a survey plan proposal including : methodology, planning, resources (logistics, human, financial, material, technical) to be mobilized for the implementation of the surveys and the analyze of the data co-assess their respective proposals exchanged after the training session
