6. Billing & Renewal Process……
PAI will send the first Renewal Notice 65 days prior to renewal.
A Final Notice will then be mailed at 35 days prior to renewal
If payment has still not been received prior to 15 days of renewal a Cancellation Notice will be sent.

7. 65 Day Lockout Phase
65 days prior to renewal: All policies enter the “Lockout” phase
Policy is unlocked when renewal payment is applied.
75 Day reminder

8. Will We Bill the Mortgagee?
Yes PAI will send a billing notification to any mortgagee listed on the policy at renewal.
Please be aware that if the policy is not required by the lender some escrow accounts may not pay for the renewal, and the insured will be responsible for payment.
To eliminate confusion Rollover Bills will not be sent to the mortgagee.
