95% Participation Percent proficient now calculated out of whichever is larger: Number of students tested 95% of those who should have tested If one or more subgroups is below the 95% threshold: In any year, school cannot be Tier I For three consecutive years, identified for Targeted Supports and Interventions Based on 2018, 2019, 2020 participation

CSI/TSI & Summative Ratings
Summative ratings are for all schools. CSI/TSI/aTSI are for Title I schools and high schools with graduation rates below 67% percent. TSI is a category made up of 3 things: aTSI (Additional Targeted Support and Intervention), also known as Tier III Schools who fall below the 95% participation threshold in one or more subgroup for 3 consecutive years (based on Spring 18/19/20 data) Schools with one or more subgroups that falls within the lowest 10 percent of performance for three or more consecutive years, regardless of the schools summative rating. Summative & TSI ratings are annual. CSI/aTSI are calculated every 3 years.
