2. Session Objectives
At the end of the session, participants shall have discussed the formulation of an action plan for the next season

3. Action Plan
Aims to identify specific action to implement the farm business plan in the most efficient way. Recall activities in Session 11.

4. ACTION PLAN Physical resources and inputs
 Arrange financing for buying inputs
 Confirm suppliers and the costs of
input item
 Arrange transport to collect/deliver
input ahead of time for its use
 Place orders/collect inputs from
suppliers

5.  Identify skilled labor from nearby areas
