General strategy to have good standards across city and drive out landlords that aren’t committed to that
To let Signs, corporate, police/fire authority - other messages
Unipol etc aren’t the LA and therefore cant’ prosecute for HHSRS. Having us at the first inspection is the advantage – also builds up the relationship and reduces duplication. The standards are the standards. We need to be encouraging this across the board and with residents generally so their own market expecations are clearer
