3 Explain the instructions in your own words
You should keep it upright in order to save it. . It would be spilled down before being drunk. 2. You shouldn’t iron your clothes while you're wearing them because it is dangerous. You could burn yourself. 3. You shouldn’t turn it upside down when you want to eat it. It would be spilled on the floor before being eaten. 4. You should wear it one time for health protection and safety. 5. It should be dangerous. 6. You shouldn’t eat frozen food. It is unhealthy. 7. You should keep it on breaks when you are on slope in order to be more safe.

4 The shower isn’t working. There’s no hot water.
The bathtub leaks (leaky tap). The neighbor snores so loudly that the walls shake and the guest can’t sleep. The towels and sheets aren’t changed every day.

5 1. Yes I have. I returned it back and it was changed.
2. Yes, I have. He was absolutely upset. 3. Yes, there are. They have a hot number for complaints. I think, the most complaints about unclean restaurants.

6 Now, You are going to listen to a conversation.
Scan the conversation in order to answer the following questions… To scan means to read quickly to find specific information.

7 Before reading the conversation, Answer the following questions :
1. Who are the characters in this conversation? Salesperson and customer. 2.what is the conversation about? About returning back a pairs of jeans. 3. What do you think the problem is? And why? Mother dislikes her son’s jeans. Because they’re wide-cut with faded colors. 4. What Does the salesperson try to do with the customer ? He tries to explain to her that is the latest trend.

9 The salesperson wanted to be helpful, but she didn’t understand the problem with the jeans. The jeans were in the latest style. Milo designs loose-fitting clothes in faded colors. The mother thinks that the jeans are torn and that the material is falling apart.
