One hour of talking and expressing our feelings and emotions
Freedom of speech for everyone
You can let anything you have on your chest go
Next two hours are for you to express yourself through things you aspire to do
Express your emotions cry ,scream, and tell us how you really feel

Girls aren’t suppose to be over the perfect size and they shouldn’t do things because they will be looked down on as a piece of trash
Men have to have the perfect beach body and the 6 pack
This is stupid no one is perfect. The perfect girl doesn’t exist and the perfect man doesn’t exist. Let us be free
Self-acceptance is not something your born with
Don’t change to be just like what the world has made acceptable
