This is the Barangay Project Plan. Transfer all the tasks from the Project Planning Mountain in the order that it has to be completed. For each task, agree who will be in charge of the task and when it will be completed. Tasks may be shared among the Parent Leaders in the barangay. During the eFDS cascade, additional volunteers per task may be found among the beneficiary members.
The last 2 columns are left blank for now, to be filled in with updates in the next 2 months. Before the next PL training, the update for eFDS 13 should be filled up. If more space is needed, the contents of the plan can be transferred to additional sheets of paper, following the template.
Through this form, you are learning how to keep track and monitor a project.
