Competitive advantage of history in neighborhood is diminished when entering the store. Specific interior improvements are recommended: Refurbish existing chairs for interior dining room Increase Lighting with suspended Retro style Chandeliers, in color red to complement the interior, remove hanging plants. Remove vertical blinds and update to solar shades. Cover existing wood laminate wainscoting and counter fronts with cherry wood covering Add accent paint colors to dining bar area, reinforce sports theme started.
