6. Litter on Litter There are people that go through the garbage cans and do not put the items back. So basically I'm picking up the trash twice.

9. Solutions in Effect Place cans in strategic zones Move garbage cans in less visible areas Make signs and placing them on the signs Buying bright energy efficient lights

10. Future Solutions Have Lights install Bolt Down/ chain cans Laminate Signs Cut a hole in recycle bin and put lock on it
