4 Percentages Total Youth Served: 134/157= 85% In-School: 91/134 = 68% Out-of-School: 43/134 = 32%

5 Younger Youth Goal Attainment Rate All youth must attain 1 goal by anniversary date. 61/68 = 90% 75% Required

6 Younger Youth Skill Attainment Rate 56/63 = 89% 75% Required

7 Younger Youth Credential/Diploma Rate 50% is required. 10/31 = 32% Outcome will improve by June 30 th with graduating participants for the 2010-2011 School Year.

8 Younger Youth Positive Outcome Rate Defined by WIA ( Exiters entering into post secondary education, advanced training, apprenticeships, military service, unsubsidized employment) 80 % is Required 18/31 58% Outcome will improve with positive exits by June 30, 2011

9 Older Youth Credential/Diploma Rate 40% is required. 4/4 = 100%
