2. Sweet Beginnings Bakery is a local small business. They sell all types of baked goods but specialize in wedding cakes. Their current and only process is completely paper driven.

3. Our database turns the bakerys current manual process into an efficient and manageable process. Their current manual process has the tendency to lose papers and information is difficult to gather and analyze. Our database will add business value by providing the bakery with an effective way to store and manipulate their data regarding wedding cake orders.

4. Three Forms: –Event Information –Wedding Cake Details –Accessory Deposit Information Five Reports: –Accessories not returned –Cake Balances Due –Customer Invoice –Location Report –Wedding Cake Contracts

5. Users would include: –Owners –Bakery Staff Bakery staff will use the forms to take and maintain wedding cake orders. The owners would use the reports to make management decisions such as advertisement, view balances, or mail invoices.
