The Value of Exchange Clubs may contact you to ask “What do we get form Exchange?” Many of us know that the value is intangible – all those feeling we get from doing good things in the community. We need to be prepared to let members know the great value of being part of a national network.

1. val·ue noun \ˈval-(ˌ)yü\ : the amount of money that something is worth : the price or cost of something : something that can be bought for a low or fair price : usefulness or importance You will hear this word frequently. Members certainly discuss dues, and whether they feel they are getting “their money’s worth”. As well, they discuss whether their Exchange involvement provides value in their life.

Americanism – think about the word, and the feeling that accompanies it. The flag, the pledge, the Freedom Shrine – these things make people feel something – a deep and abiding appreciation for our freedoms and those who serve. Exchange Clubs educate people on the great freedoms we enjoy as Americans.
