2. P&I Cover for Wreck Removal
Liability and cost related to the
raising
removal
destruction
marking
of the wreck of the entered vessel or its equipment, bunkers or cargo as a result of a casualty,

3. the raising and other operations are compulsory by law
necessary to remove a hazard or obstruction
the costs are legally recoverable from the member

4. Exceptions
liabilities and costs which are covered under the vessel’s hull policy
where the member transfers his interest in the wreck or other property saved otherwise than by abandonment
arising out of a removal of cargo carried on a semi- submersible heavy-lift vessel or any other vessel unless carried under an approved contract
