4. Course Objectives
The overall objective is for participants to establish and begin using a Secondary account utilizing Googles web based Gmail application.
In addition, several of the applications that are included in the Gmail account will be introduced.

While using their new Gmail account, participants will experience the important skills of:
Reading, Replying, and Forwarding an message.
Creating and Sending an message
Etiquette
Attachments
Labels

Utilizing the Help and Settings features provided in Gmail

6. Course Objectives
These objectives will be accomplished with a hands on approach, guided practice, instruction in our state of the art computer lab, and classroom assistance from our volunteer “Coaches” when requested.
