7 Helpful Tips About Grades & Credits
A total of 220 credits in required subjects is needed for graduation. Final semester grades are reported onto the transcript. Final semester grades are what count towards completing graduation requirements. If a student fails a required course for graduation it must be made up in order to graduate. Credit recovery options are very limited. Students should meet with their Counselor to discuss options if they need to retake a class. Students who are very credit deficient may be eligible to attend an alternative school/program like Back On Track, Duncan Russell or Stein for credit recovery. Referrals for either school must be completed by the Counselor.
