It all began with a small group of students and one classroom
Our History It all began with a small group of students and one classroom Richard Luebke, Sr. and his wife JoAnn’s dream became a reality as demand for affordable training increased and PMI opened new campuses to meet the demand.

Salary / Hourly Compensation PMI offers a variety of salaried and hourly positions at our campus and corporate locations.

Merit-Based Compensation PMI offers two types of merit-based compensation Merit Increases Awarded at the time of employee’s annual performance evaluation (based on anniversary date) Increases are based on individual performance Merit Awards Awarded to employees whose pay rate is above the maximum of the pay scale Issued as a lump-sum payment, and are added to the last check of the month Evaluations 30 day evaluation 90 day evaluation Annual merit anniversary

Health Insurance Benefits Richelle Harper Benefits Manager (520) Preferred Provider Organization (PPO) Plan High Deductible Health Plan (HDHP) with Health Savings Account (HSA) Benefits begin the 1st of the month following 60 days of employment. Eligibility: work 30+ hours per week

401(k) Plan PMI offers an excellent 401(k) retirement plan with a variety of funds. Auto enrollment at 3% of wages after 6 months of employment Auto increase 1% per year Generous employer match Fully Vested: Six (6) years from date of hire

Tuition Reimbursement 80% of tuition up to $4,000 annually May begin classes immediately upon employment at PMI will not be reimbursed until after six (6) months of employment Must submit notice to Human Resources upon commencement of course Credits must be earned at an accredited college or university and in pursuit of an associate degree and above

Paid Time Off (PTO) Hourly Employees 1st 1040 hours =20 hours PTO 2nd 1040 hours =20 hours PTO Every 1040 hours = 60 hours PTO (through 4 years) Every 1040 hours = 80 hours PTO (must work 5 years consecutively full time) Maximum cap of 160 hours Salary Employees Accrue at anniversary date Six (6) months = 40 hours (5 days) Year 1 = 80 hours (10 days) Year 2 through 4 = 120 hours (15 days) Year 5 through 9 = 160 hours (20 days) PTO is “Use or Lose”

Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) We foster and encourage a spirit of employee ownership. ESOP represents 48% ownership in the Company.
