2. Login to Sponsor Portal as Rater
Database Link-

3. Step-3 Enter Rating Details (Rater)
From the Project menu, Select Site List. Site – My Open Site page is displayed.

4. Step-3 Enter Rating Details (Rater)
Click Edit icon.

5. Step-3 Enter Rating Details (Rater)
Click Measure Tab.

6. Step-3 Enter Rating Details (Rater)
Click Edit icon.

7. Step-3 Enter Rating Information1
Edit page relevant for htr or rsop measure… 2
Locate Rating Information section and enter Rating Information.
Click Save.

8. Step-3 Enter Rating Information
Once Rating Information values are saved, site status will change to “Validation Failed” if mandatory documents are not attached.

9. Step-3 Attach REM file and Fuel Summary Report1 3 2
Edit page relevant for htr or rsop measure…
Navigate to Documents tab.
To upload any Mandatory document, Click blue icon.
To upload a miscellaneous document, click green icon.

10. Step-3 Upload Document 1 2 3 Enter Document Name. Choose File.
Click Add.

11. Documents Uploaded
After the mandatory documents are attached, site status will change to Ready or Ready for HVAC Contractor.
