2 What’s a Rain Forest? In the rain forest it rains everyday.
The temperature is always about 80 degrees.

3 Location of Rain Forests
The biggest rainforest is in South America. Europe is the only place were there are no rainforests. The countries rainforests are in are North America, South America, Asia , Africa, and Australia.

4 Emergent Layer Mostly birds live in the emergent layer.
It is the tallest part of the rainforest. The sloth lives in the emergent layer.

5 Sloths Sloths are very slow animals. They swim faster than they climb.

6 Canopy Layer The slowest animal in the canopy layer is the sloth.
It is the second tallest part of the rainforest is the canopy layer.

7 Frogs

8 Understory Layer It is the second lowest part of rainforest
The jaguar can climb to the understory layer. That’s were he gets his food.

9 Snakes

10 Forest Floor. Jaguars and snakes are very good hunters
Forest Floor . Jaguars and snakes are very good hunters.. The Anaconda is a strong squeezer. Jaguars and snakes eat meat.

12 Deforestation People are cutting down trees in rainforests.
If the people keep cutting down trees rainforests may become extinct. The people that live there don’t cut the trees down.

13 Rainforest people People of the rainforest
only use what they need. They don’t cut down trees.

14 Conclusion You should save the rainforest by not cutting down the trees. You should always recycle.
