4. IELCE What can IELCE funds be used for?
I-BEST or other IET for ELL students
On-ramps for ELL students that are 100% contextualized to an I-BEST/IET program
Navigator assisting ELL students in I-BEST/IET & Contextualized On-Ramps
5% Admin (negotiable)

5. Ability to benefit update
We are still actively promoting Ability to Benefit through IC and WSSSC/FAC
