13. To Finish off
Learn the 1st part of this perfectly before attempting the 2nd part.
This song is not easy but speed is not that important. Learn it smoothly and then you can work on speed.
The 2nd ending has some tricks like the open ‘G’ string with the rest of the chord in the 9th position. You could simplify that and ignore that one note. It would still sound ok.
This is one of those pieces that if you don’t play it from time to time you are likely to forget it. Mark on a calendar once a week for playing this piece once you have learned it.
