2. Evolution of Technology  The evolution of technology has impacted teaching and learning in many different ways. Technology has impacted teaching and learning by making it interesting and fun for students and teachers. Also, I believe technology keeps students more interested in the classroom rather than listening to teachers lecture in front of the classroom all day. Students can learn their lesson and the use of technology all at the same time.

3. Evolution of Technology Cont.  I believe technology has impacted teaching by allowing teachers to give students immediate feedback on their assignments and assessments so that they can make improvements they need.

4. Technology Examples  There are many examples of how digital and assistive technologies can be used to subject diverse learners. I believe the use of assignments on computers or Ipads instead of students completing worksheets and in textbooks are easier and assessable. I believe its also easier and faster for students to get on computers and use Google as a resource rather than textbooks and glossaries.

5. Technology Examples  Teachers can email or text parents about their child’s progress in the classroom through email or text rather than sending a note home. I believe this is a faster way for teachers and parents to communicate.

6. Technology Examples  Students with learning disabilities such as visually impaired, dyslexia, blindness, and ADHD can use text to speech to assist them with reading. This assistive technology allows students to listen to a text instead of reading it a voice reads for them.

7. Technology Influence  There are many different ways technology influences students independence. Technology allows students to explore and find information on there own. Also, technology allows students to connect with their peers. Lastly, technology provides students with numerous resources by allowing them to have access to many different sites for information.
