We only have about 24 hours of history left……
Target grades are neither a guarantee nor a ceiling. You have to decide whether to plough on or fall by the wayside.
2
There are only about 4-6 marks between grade boundaries………
That works out at about 2-3 bits of specific evidence. Or running out of time and missing most of a Q. Or misunderstanding one source. Therefore, it is important that you detailed and well presented notes.

I will now check work at the end of every lesson and you will need to come back at lunchtime for any incomplete work. I appreciate that many people are working very hard, but as a class you are holding yourselves back. I will do everything I can to get at least your target grade, but you have to be willing to work. You must also think of others in the class, your impact of talking etc. is to the detriment of everyone.

You have 5 mins to get your book in a good state.
Stick in lose sheets. Underline titles with a ruler. Make sure you have questions marks at the end of titles. neatly cross out doodles etc. Add in subtitles to disorganised work.
