Lack of appreciation of the importance of training at the management level. Not always easy to be noticed investment. Lack of a vision in developing and retaining a prepared workforce. Political interference in hiring practices at water utilities. Lack of recognition for the importance of this work – protection of public health and the environment.

Attracts great employees – today’s generation wants more than just a paycheck.
