1 Managing for 2020 and Beyond: Successfully Navigating the Global Race!
Start by handing out 3 x 5 index cards (brief survey) as attendees come in. Lisa and Mike will introduce each other, one will introduce the topic, sharing its relevance, while the other collects and summarizes the info from the cards. Stress that this is a workshop, the key word being “WORK.” Attendees will take part in individual and team exercises, and will get paid (candy) for their efforts. Note: we’ll need to check out room in advance. Likely to be classroom style, but if possible we should change to U-shape, or if possible, request round tables. Need flip chart(s). Michael Ford
