98.01%-100% : 100% PAYMENT
95.01%-98% : 90% PAYMENT
93.01%-95% : 75% PAYMENT
90.01%-93% : 50% PAYMENT
85.01%-90% : 25% PAYMENT
75.01%-85% : 10% PAYMENT
50.01%-75% : REWORK
