Why does Allah swt increase the disease in the heart of a hypocrite/Munafiq? What can remove hypocrisy from the heart? Why are the Munafiq going to get a painful punishment? What is the disease in the heart of the Munafiqs? What is their lie? What is the biggest sign of hypocrisy?

The Prophet peace be upon him hated a liar.
Reflect The Prophet peace be upon him hated a liar. When you speak check if what you are saying is not a lie. Lying wastes good deeds. Think. Do you want to waste your good deeds. What are the moments, situations times, places when I lie. Why do I lie? Is it to please people, to look good in their eyes or to pretend to be what I am not.

وَإِذَا قِيلَ لَهُمْ لَا تُفْسِدُوا فِي الْأَرْضِ قَالُوا إِنَّمَا نَحْنُ مُصْلِحُونَ ﴿2:11﴾ أَلَا إِنَّهُمْ هُمُ الْمُفْسِدُونَ وَلَكِنْ لَا يَشْعُرُونَ ﴿2:12﴾ وَإِذَا قِيلَ لَهُمْ آَمِنُوا كَمَا آَمَنَ النَّاسُ قَالُوا أَنُؤْمِنُ كَمَا آَمَنَ السُّفَهَاءُ أَلَا إِنَّهُمْ هُمُ السُّفَهَاءُ وَلَكِنْ لَا يَعْلَمُونَ ﴿2:13﴾ Why is it that the Munafiq cannot realize that they are causing harm? Who are the “foolish ones “ here? And who is calling them foolish? Why are the Munafiqun comfortable with whatever they are doing? What do the Munafiqun purchase in exchange for guidance?
