Doc.4922(New Standard: Specification for Equipment Fan Filter Unit, EFFU) failed committee review. While the TF review some negatives, there were a suggestion to change the document character from “Specification” to “Guideline”. The writer will consider this comment and will revise SNARF if needed.

9. SEMICON Korea 2011 Meetings (Jan.26 – 28)
Meeting Highlights:
Korea I&C Committee kicked- off
GEM300 TF formation approved.
HB-LED standards promotion
Had an opportunity to introduce SEMI Standards program to local HB-LED companies. Need to get more industrial opinion.

KSAC decided to form 450mm information sharing group in 1H, 2011
3 Standards programs were held and had over 130 attendees in total. (GEM300/SECS STEP, F47 Seminar, and 3D Display workshop)
