2 Description: Plasma-electrolytic polishing of stainless steel is based on the phenomenon of spontaneous impulse electric discharges occurring near the surface of the workpiece is immersed into an aqueous ammonium sulfate solution of low concentration (about 2.5%). Advantages: Application of plasma-electrolytic polishing of details and products from stainless steel will allow to increase productivity and economic efficiency of process of polishing and consequently, to reduce cost of production. Process of electrolytic-plasma polishing is environmentally friendly and satisfies to sanitary standards for the disposal of spent electrolyte requires no special treatment facilities . Efficiency: Productivity and economic efficiency of electrolytic-plasma polishing is 3-4 times higher than the polishing which is carried out mechanically, and 5-6 times above than electrochemical polishing on the basis of acid solutions.

3 Additional Information: This technology can be applied in the following areas:
-Energy - manufacture of turbine blades; -Food industry - manufacturing equipment parts, parts оf filling lines, packaging lines; -Medicine - manufacture of medical instruments; -Construction - manufacturing of decorative items for the design of buildings, interior spaces, sanitary equipment. ФОТО, СХЕМА, ФОРМУЛА Current status: There is a Contract for delivery of 72 names of details for a complete set of cars in the total cost of 19,8 million tenges with Tulpar-Talgo LLP. In course of execution of this contract is planned to increase the volumes of deliveries which will lead to increase the total amount of the Contract. Also, according to this project has already implemented more than 500 pieces of heated towel rails for the sum over than $ 6 million tenge. Legal protection:Prepares application for a patent
