Welcome! <animated avatar speaks> It’s time to take a look at the pricing model for the RUN solution. Keep in mind that this is not real pricing. This mock pricing was designed specifically for the NCSC competition using a similar structure and service offerings as the real ADP pricing. Let’s run through it… Rachel, Virtual Instructor

3 Price per Payroll Processing
Competition Pricing Number of Employees Price per Payroll Processing 0-5 Employees $21.95 6-10 Employees $28.95 11-20 Employees $38.95 21-30 Employees $48.95 31-40 Employees $58.95 41-50 Employees $68.95 51+ Employees $78.95 The RUN Payroll Package includes: RUN online payroll platform technology and Mobile Application, check signing & stuffing, direct deposit, delivery of payroll via a bonded courier, online access to payroll reports, payroll tax compliance & administration, labor law poster compliance and new hire reporting. This processing fee also includes training, service, and support as well as upgrades. One thing to note is that every location will be priced separately and the pricing tier will be determined by the number of employees at each location. There is also a one time $150 implementation fee per company ID. * One time $150 Implementation fee per company ID

4 Total Annual Revenue - $1765.40 Plus one time $150 Implementation Fee
Competition Pricing Biweekly Company 2 Locations 19 Employees at Location 1 Location 1 = Tier $38.95 (26 pay periods x $38.95 = $ ) 8 Employees at Location 2 Location 1 = Tier $28.95 (26 pay periods x $28.95 = $752.70) Total Annual Revenue - $ Plus one time $150 Implementation Fee Let’s run through a pricing example. Let’s say you have a biweekly company with 27 employees. They have 2 locations – 1 location has 19 employees and the other has 8. The first location has 19 employees and would be priced at the $38.95 tier for each processing. Since they are biweekly that would be a total of 26 pay periods at a cost of $1, for the year. The second location has 8 employees and therefore would be priced at the $28.95 tier. It also runs a payroll biweekly so the cost would be 26 X $28.95 equaling $ The Annual total revenue of this deal would be $ with a one time $150 implementation fee.

Welcome! <animated avatar speaks> Now that you see how straightforward and easy it is to calculate pricing, you can easily assure your prospect that they will be getting an all inclusive price without a lot of nickel and diming. It helps to remind them of the fact that they are paying for a solution that will not be obsolescent in a year. With ever-changing technology, this is an important selling point! The pricing we discussed in this lesson is available on your training website and iTunes U. Please download and review. See you in the next lesson! Rachel, Virtual Instructor
