Demonstrating visible and felt leadership from Contractors Management Team and Frontline Leaders. FLS update as a permanent agenda in LT meetings. 001 Approach and Methodology Each FLS session will be dedicated for 1 Contractor company. 1 Contractor company per quarter. Mixed Facilitators. 003 Redesign the Package Re-design the FLS package with latest incidents, nearmiss, safe and unsafe behaviour caught in CCTV as sample. 4 HSE Themes 004 Setting Up for Success Develop realistic KPI target focusing on the right supervisory level- e.g. TP, NTP, DS, OM, HSE, Chief Mechanic, Chief Electrician. 002 Target audience, Map, calendar 005 Personal Action Plan and Follow Up Tracking and follow up of Personal Action Plan. Post FLS workshop and Sustainability Plan.
