2. Create a new channel Create a personal channel with your name
With a Google Account, you can watch, like, and subscribe. Google Accounts don't come with a YouTube channel by default; without a channel, you have no public presence on YouTube.
To upload, comment, or make playlists, create a public YouTube channel. Currently this can't be done in the Android or iOS YouTube apps, but you can use the mobile site or a computer:
Create a personal channel with your name
1 ) Make sure you're signed in to YouTube. 
2 ) Try any action that requires a channel: e.g. upload, post a comment, or create a playlist.
3 ) If you don't yet have a channel, you'll see a prompt to create a channel.

3. Step one : click the icon to open your web browser.
Step Two: In the address bar, type in & press “Enter”

4. Step Three: click “sign in” on the top- right corner of the page.
Step Four :Enter your Gmail Account information & click “ Sign in”

5. Step five: After signing in, click on the titled “my channel” in the left hand corner.

6. Step six: Enter name then Click on Create Channel

7. After Click on Create Channel , Channel will create Automatically

8. Then you can . Upload videos, post a comment, or create a playlist.
How to Upload videos
Step one: click “upload ” on the top- right corner of the page.

9. Then new page will come for browse video file from system

10. Step Two: click on “Arrow Button” & then browse video file from system.

11. Step Three: When you are finished uploading then Click the “Done” Button.
