Define your Live requirements and what they mean to you Any event can move up the requirement matrix but define the quality early Coordinate IOF resources and organiser resources The Digital Plan Always focus on the IOF Channels Complement sometimes with Federation/Organiser channels (Facebook stream etc) Always use agreed hashtags Find engaged (young) team of digital content media producers
