Members
The group consists of student members that perform a variety of functions from fabricating parts and conducting trial runs to contacting contributing donors. SID numbers are stored along with the various skills, tasks and responsibilities associated with each member

Parts
The car consists of custom parts produced by students for a specific car and stock items purchased from suppliers.
Parts are organized in an inventory warehouse along with materials used during the course of the project. FSAE specifically requested that the completed database contain detailed and flexible inventory management features for the annual report.

Car
A car undergoes a series of experimental trials and consists of several different systems supported by individual members.
Although a new car is constructed, it may include parts and sponsor contributions from previous years.
