You can create customers by minimum basic information, and later you can open the edit mode in detail and fill in additional customer information. You can search customer by phone number, first name, last name or by driving licenses number. You can easily store customer insurance details in the account.

You can add number of vehicles in the Vehicle or Inventory master. You can add VIN number, make model year etc. Insurance and lease/auto finance details can be easily stored and tracked when needed. Vehicle summery gives you profitability of each vehicle on a click of a button.

OTL gives multiple options to make invoices, including invoice to customer or to insurance company or third party. You can in the customer master store different payment method for different transactions. You can differentiate between customers personal and official rental transactions easily.
