Adjust control handle of star to make it spiky
Align centre, middle
Merge shapes, select intersect
Add circle over it, align then group then merge shapes , select union
Add small circle, align, merge shapes, select subtract

Do the rest at 20 increment
Can change color for each
Add a running man silhouette
Shadows: Add outer offset center
Add text for each step Then adjust font

Insert -> shape -> Block arc. Hold shift key to draw a semi circle.
Thin the thickness. Hold ctrl key and drag yellow control handle to adjust.
Adjust to a quarter circle (quadrant). Hold ctrl key and adjust control handle.
Duplicate 3 more quadrants.
Use arrange -> Rotate
Select all shapes . Use arrange -> Align center, align middle
Color each difference using Format tab -> shape style
Select all. Apply shape outline white, weight 4.5pts
Select all. Ctrl+G to group. Format shape -> 3D -> Perspective Relaxed
3D Format. Top bevel -> Cross . Depth 30 pts. Color for depth if want.
3D Format . Material -> Special effect -> Dark Edge
3D Format. Lighting -> Neutral - > Balance
Add markers. Insert circle. Shape effects -> Preset 2. White color. Duplicate and place on top each of quadrant.
Add line to connect to markers.
