Class Rules Be on time and ready to learn
Have your pencil, binder, and calculator at your desk when the bell rings Be respectful of teachers, classmates, and visitors Wait until it is your turn to speak Raise your hand to ask questions Encourage your classmates Keep your area clean Pick up any trash you generate If you eat or drink in class, put your wrappers and containers in the trash.

Class Procedures Begin working on Do Now By the time the tardy bell rings. Take notes during the lesson. Work through practice problems when given the opportunity. Ask relevant questions about the topic being presented.

What if you are absent? By STATE LAW you must be present in class 90% of the time to receive credit for a class. **This means if you have a passing grade, but you miss too many days of the class, you will NOT get credit. If you don’t get credit for the class, you will have to repeat the class.** Look in the absent binder to find the assignment(s) you missed. Borrow a classmates notes, so you can copy the information. Make arrangements with me to make up any tests or quizzes you missed.

You MUST sign up for the bus before NOON in the library
