5 AIM Contact List The AIM Pro contacts window showing the various individuals and groups. If a contact is offline, a message can be sent to them which they will see when the sign in. Double-click LLS Reference to begin a conversation with everyone who is signed on.

6 Typical IM chat In AOL Instant Messenger, an LLS Reference Group has been set up to include the welcome desks plus the LLS team. Anyone available can assist with research questions and security issues.
