The current status
provides only static link layer information parameters

Dynamic link layer parameters have to be obtained with direct interaction with the access networks

5. Conclusion and Next step
Adding dynamic Information Elements to MIIS is really useful to make suitable handover decision
can provide a way to achieve dynamic information as MIIS for network selection
if it is technically feasible then we need to progress more on this
